A Case of Frontal Sinusitis with Ocular Deviation

Abstract

|
|
Last spring, we experienced a case of frontal sinusitis with ocular deviation to lower lateral direction. This 49 year old male had complained of the ocular deviation with exophthalmos, visual disturbance and diplopia, since 5 months before.
This case was recovered by external sinusotomy through superior nasal approach with remarkable results.
